Congratulations on the birth of your infant! We know this can be both a joyous and overwhelming accomplishment.
We are researchers at the University of Michigan and would like to ask you some questions about your NICU experience. We understand that having an infant in the NICU can sometimes be stressful and difficult for parents. The arrival of COVID-19 has brought many changes to our communities, impacting our daily routines and experiences. With this study, we want learn how your experience of having an infant in the NICU was impacted by the current COVID-19 pandemic. Our hope is your responses will help improve the care we give all babies and families in the NICU, both during and after the pandemic.
Your partner is welcome to answer this survey, so please share. Please keep in mind, we would like responses from each parent to be independent. We value what each parent has to say.
